How we came into being: 

The company formation started 28 January 2008 in the state of California. The original goal was to offer creative financing to those with less than stellar credit.

To define the reason for a company, is to understand how Immaculate Enterprises, LLC began.

· Immaculate (adjective) singular- perfectly correct, without a flaw, fault or error.

· Enterprises (noun) plural- Willingness to venture on such undertakings; readiness to take risks or try something untried; energy and initiative.

· LLC- A perfect structure for our future development.

This is only the beginning of the story of Immaculate Enterprises, LLC.

Immaculate Enterprises, LLC is a company working in the now, for a brighter future for Americans.

Immaculate Enterprises, LLC takes necessary risks with regard to exploring new opportunities for homeowners who were unfortunately victims of subprime lending. These are Americans who longed for The Dream of Homeownership.

They paid their mortgages in a timely manner, until the loan payment reset doubling, and in some cases close to tripling.

Immaculate Enterprises, LLC recognized an opportunity to correct the error of the subprime lending, which resulted in the decline of home values.

We work with property owners of all types of property.  We work with lenders, loss mitagators, and buyers and investors in real estate.
